COMPANY PROFILEShanghai Yueda Nails Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003, after 20 years of development, we have now more than 250 employees and have two production centers in Shanghai and Anhui province. The Shanghai factory covers an area of 30000 square meters, focusing on the production of staples and brads. In 2020, the Anhui factory covering an area of nearly 50000 square meters was built with modern factory facilities and beautiful environment. It focuses on the production of loose nails and collated nails. Yueda is one of the very few nail factories who own full automatic in-house production line for the HDG process. Currently we export more than 100 containers per month and have more capacity available for another 50+ containers per month. Yueda has a full product range for the nails and staples, and our main products include:-Common Staples: 25 gauge to 14 gauge-Roll Carton Closing Staples: SWC7437, RR/CR, GR/RR, 555-BCS31 and BCS31P Staples-Straight Brads/Finishing: 14 gauge, 16 gauge and 18 gauge-Angled Brads/Finishing: 16 gauge 20 degree for Paslode, 15 gauge 26 degree and 34 degree for Bostitch-Hog Rings: C-Ring and D-Ring-L Cleats-Collated Nails: Paper Tape Strip Nails, Plastic Strip Nails, Wire Coil Nails, Roofing Coil Nails, and Plastic Sheet Coil Nails-Pins (Concrete and Steel Nails)-Loose Nails: Common Nails, Roofing Nails, Wood Connector Nails, Square Nails, Groove Nails and Duplex NailsA large portion of our equipment is made in Europe and USA to ensure the quality of our products. We are an ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certified company and provides exceptional management and after- sale service. Our good quality products and outstanding services have won the trust of many customers all over the world, and we have established strategic partnership with top brands in the industry, such as Stanley, Bostitch and Senco for nearly a decade. Our products of N, KG, and Q Staples as well as nails in diameter of 2.10- 6.00 mm are CE certified. And most of our products are also certified with ICC-ES for the US market and ETA for the European market.
